The quickest and safest way to order your medication is via

If you don't have these - you can click on the form below and order your routine medication. This form cannot be used to request new medication you need that you aren't on routinely e.g. antibiotics.

Requesting Repeat Medication
Repeat Prescriptions
- We require a minimum of three full working days to process repeat prescriptions.
- Please remember to make allowances for weekends and public holidays.
- To order online using your SystmOnline login please click here
- Or, send an email to mseicb-me.whitleyprescriptions@nhs.net
- Please include your name, date of birth and the name of the medication you are requesting
- Please note you may need to talk to a pharmacist or GP before being issued some medication items.
Medication Queries and Reviews
- ALL patients require a medication review at least once every year. We are unable to issue your repeat medication if you haven't had this.
- If you have any queries about your medications please contact us after 11am and select option 2
Electronic Prescribing and Nominated Pharmacy
- Your prescription can be sent automatically to a pharmacy of your choice - let reception know which one when ordering. You only need to set your pharmacy once. You can amend this at any time.
Collection of Prescriptions by a Third Party
- Please provide a letter of authority if you are collecting a paper prescription (not using electronic prescribing) and wish it to be collected by a third party.

Am I eligible for free prescriptions?
Before purchasing a pre-payment certificate you can click here to see if you are entitled to free prescriptions and for guidance on how to claim an exemption.
What is a pre-payment certificate (PPC)?
If you pay for your prescriptions and have 4 or more medications in three months or 12 or more in twelve months it could save you money to purchase a PPC. Further information can be found here
