Requesting Repeat Medication

Repeat Prescriptions

  • We require a minimum of three full working days to process repeat prescriptions.
  • Please remember to make allowances for weekends and public holidays.
  • To order online using your SystmOnline login please click here
  • Or, send an email to mseicb-me.whitleyprescriptions@nhs.net
  • Please include your name, date of birth and the name of the medication you are requesting
  • Please note you may need to talk to a pharmacist or GP before being issued some medication items.

Medication Queries and Reviews

  • ALL patients require a medication review at least once every year. We are unable to issue your repeat medication if you haven't had this.
  • If you have any queries about your medications please contact us after 11am and select option 2

Electronic Prescribing and Nominated Pharmacy

  • Your prescription can be sent automatically to a pharmacy of your choice - let reception know which one when ordering. You only need to set your pharmacy once. You can amend this at any time.

Collection of Prescriptions by a Third Party

  • Please provide a letter of authority if you are collecting a paper prescription (not using electronic prescribing) and wish it to be collected by a third party.
